• 1 Sirloin steak each about around 2cm thick
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 garlic clove, left whole but bashed once
• Sprig of thyme or rosemary (optional)

• 6/7 mini new potatoes
• Olive oil
• Sea salt
• Italian mixed herbs

• 250 g mushrooms
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic
• Salt and black pepper (to season)
• 3 tbsp double cream
• 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
